Customer Information

Customer information is stored in the Customers & Routes window. This window allows you to easily store and manage all of your customer information in one place, including:

Customer name
Pickup address
Mailing address
Phone and fax numbers
Email address
Account numbers
Bank officer information
Contact name
And more....

With CRIS, you can also view the following information right from the Customers & Routes window:

Route Information (Pickup Schedule)
Activity Adjustments
Audit Log

CRIS also gives you the ability to:

Generate and print customer addressed envelopes
Specify customer type (Internal, Regular or custom)
Input Branch and Cost Center codes
